A Chinese sportswear company that designs and sells apparel, footwear, and accessories, best known for holding the rights to the Italian Kappa brand in mainland China and Macau. Founded in 2006 by Chen Yihong and listed in Hong Kong, it later acquired the Japanese Phenix brand to move into ski and outdoor fashion. Its name means "trend" or "movement" in Chinese, and the iconic Kappa logo of a man and woman sitting back-to-back was captured by accident when photographers snapped a flash photo of two resting models in 1969.
