Clearbridge Mlp and Midstream Fund Inc

A closed-end investment fund that put money into energy master limited partnerships and midstream businesses such as pipelines, storage, and processing plants. It launched in 2010 as the ClearBridge Energy MLP Fund, took its current name in 2018, and in 2024 was merged into the ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund. Its "ClearBridge" name was coined by Legg Mason in 2005 when it took over an equity business from Citigroup.
