Aetherium Acquisition Corp
A "blank check" company, also called a special purpose acquisition company, that raises money from investors in order to buy or merge with an existing private business and take it public. Incorporated in Delaware in 2021 and based in Greenwich, Connecticut, it said it would hunt for targets in the education and education-technology fields in Asia outside China. Its name draws on the ancient Greek "aether," the pure celestial substance early thinkers believed filled the heavens—an ethereal nod for a company searching for its future partner.
