Anheuser-Busch Inbev Sa/nv
A brewer that makes some of the world's most familiar beers, from Budweiser and Stella Artois to Corona, along with hundreds of local brands. The company was formed in 2008 when Belgian-Brazilian InBev bought American giant Anheuser-Busch, itself the product of mergers reaching back to a Belgian brewery founded in 1366. Its flagship Budweiser got its name from the Czech town of Budweis, a centuries-old brewing center, though it has long been in a naming dispute with the Czech Budvar brewer over who gets to call their beer "Budweiser."
