Military conflicts (such as conflict in the Middle East and the conflict between Russia and Ukraine) can adversely affect our business and financial statements, including as a result of sanctions, embargoes, economic and geopolitical instability, market volatility, adverse impacts on energy supplies and prices, supply chain disruptions and cost increases, inflationary pressures, capital markets dislocation and increased cyber-attacks.
