AI Transportation Acquisition Corp

A blank-check company, or SPAC, formed to find a private transportation business and take it public. Set up in the Cayman Islands in 2022, it went hunting for targets in intelligent transportation — logistics, new energy vehicles, smart parking, on-board chips and AI algorithms. It listed in November 2023, later agreed to combine with American Metals, only for that deal to fall apart in 2024.
