Amc Robotics Corp
A "blank check" company known as a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, set up to raise money and merge with a promising private business. After an IPO in late 2022 focused on Asian targets, it merged with Washington-based AMC Corporation, a maker of computer-vision AI and smart security technology, and renamed itself AMC Robotics Corporation. The company that began life hunting for a partner now trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker AMCI, a name change that marks its new identity.
