Trine II Acquisition Corp.
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — a "blank check" firm with no products or operations of its own — Trine II was formed to raise money and merge with a private business to take it public. It targeted technology, media, and telecom companies in North America and Europe, led by Leo Hindery Jr. and Pierre Henry, the same team behind the original Trine Acquisition Corp., which took 3D-printing firm Desktop Metal public in 2020. Trine II never found a merger partner and liquidated in 2023.
Class A ordinary shares — Liquidated in May 2023 after failing to complete business combination
