Lifezone Metals Ltd

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, formed in 2021 in Houston to hunt for a clean-energy business to merge with. In July 2023 it combined with Lifezone Metals, a battery-metals company developing one of the world's largest undeveloped nickel deposits in Tanzania, and the merged firm now trades on the New York Stock Exchange. The "GoGreen" name reflects its mission to back the energy transition.
