A shell company built to raise stock-market money and merge with a fintech firm, Infint Acquisition Corporation completed its deal with Seamless Group in 2024, becoming CURRENC Group Inc., which trades on Nasdaq as CURR. Its name is a stylized mashup of "International Fintech," and its remittance arm, Tranglo, started in 2008 to help migrant workers send money home via mobile airtime top-ups.
