A vacation-ownership and timeshare company based in Las Vegas, Diamond Resorts runs a network of resorts in North America and Europe, letting members buy points-based vacation club stays at properties like the Jockey Club and The Carriage House. Founded in 2007 when Stephen J. Cloobeck merged his existing timeshare business with the acquired Sunterra Corporation, it grew into one of the largest independent players in the industry.
