Digital Health Acquisition Corp.
A "blank check" company created in 2021, it raised money through an IPO with the sole job of finding a private business to buy and take public. In 2024 it merged with VSee Lab and iDoc Virtual Telehealth and became VSee Health, which now runs telehealth software plus virtual medical staffing for hospitals and clinics. The VSee name plays on "we see," and the underlying video platform has kept astronauts in touch with doctors and family aboard the International Space Station.
