A "blank check" company that pools investor money to acquire or merge with a private business and take it public. In late 2023 it merged with flyExclusive, a premium private jet charter provider, and the combined company now trades as flyExclusive, Inc. flyExclusive was founded in 2015 by Jim Segrave, a former Delta Private Jets president, and started as "Exclusive Jets" before rebranding to avoid confusion with similarly named firms.
