Entercom Communications Corp
A radio and audio broadcasting company that runs local stations and podcasts for everyday listeners across the United States. It was founded in 1968 by lawyer Joseph Field as Entertainment Communications, starting with three FM stations. In 2017 it merged with CBS Radio, becoming one of the nation's largest radio broadcasters, and in 2021 it rebranded as Audacy — a name blending "audio," "audacity," and "odyssey."
