Everest Consolidator Acquisition Corp
A "blank check" company, or SPAC, set up to raise money and merge with or buy a private business to take it public. Its focus is the financial services world, hunting for independent financial advisory firms and wealth-management technology companies. Founded in 2021 by former MetLife Europe wealth chief Adam Dooley, it originally listed on the New York Stock Exchange and at one point planned to merge with debt-servicing data firm Unifund Financial Technologies, a deal that never closed. Today it keeps hunting for a target and trades on the over-the-counter market.
