Forest Road Acquisition Corp

A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" firm, Forest Road raised money through a public offering to find a private company to take public, focusing on tech, media, and telecom. Created in 2020 by The Forest Road Company, with backers including former Disney executives and NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal, it merged with fitness brands Beachbody and Myx Fitness in 2021, becoming the company now known as BODi.
