Fred'S Inc
A discount retail and pharmacy chain that operated in small towns across the southeastern United States for over seven decades, selling household goods, groceries, seasonal items, and running full-service pharmacies. It was founded in 1947 in Coldwater, Mississippi, by the Baddour brothers, who named the stores after their brother Fred as the chain expanded. The company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2019 and closed all of its locations.
