A shell company, or SPAC, formed not to make products but to raise money and then merge with another business. It was incorporated in Delaware in 2021 as Gladstone Acquisition Corporation, initially hunting for farming-industry companies to buy, before being renamed Global System Dynamics after DarkPulse took over sponsorship in 2022. Its planned tie-up with DarkPulse, a maker of laser-based monitoring systems, was mutually called off in January 2024.
