Glenfarne Merger Corp
A blank-check company (SPAC) created by the Glenfarne Group, an energy and infrastructure investment firm, to find a business to buy and merge with in the Americas energy and electrification sectors. It went public on Nasdaq in early 2021 but never completed a deal, and it dissolved and liquidated in late 2022. The Glenfarne name echoes a village in County Leitrim, Ireland, home of the famous "Ballroom of Romance."
