Ea Series Trust

A Delaware-based investment trust that acts as an umbrella platform for dozens of exchange-traded funds, each run by a different investment manager under one legal roof. Formed in 2013 and advised by Empowered Funds (which does business as EA Advisers), it lets outside managers launch their own ETFs without building their own infrastructure. Despite the initials, it has nothing to do with the video game maker Electronic Arts — the "EA" comes from its adviser's name.
