Ilg Inc
A timeshare vacation exchange company, ILG Inc. was best known as the parent of Interval International, the network that lets timeshare owners trade their week at a home resort for stays at other resorts worldwide. It began in Miami in 1976 and changed hands through CUC International and IAC before being spun off as its own public company in 2008. The name holds a happy pun: for the company, an "interval" simply means a vacation — a block of time to swap and enjoy.
