Iberiabank Corp

A regional American bank that grew out of a tiny savings-and-loan founded in 1887 in New Iberia, Louisiana, IBERIABANK built a wide network of branches across the South before merging with First Horizon in 2020 and taking on that name. It takes its title from the town and parish of Iberia, which Spanish settlers named for the Iberian Peninsula of their homeland. In its earliest days the lender shared an office with one of its own directors.
