Intelligent Medicine Acquisition Corp.
A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" company, formed to raise money and buy a business in the life-sciences world — specifically firms using artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data to speed up drug discovery. It launched on the stock market in 2021 under the leadership of Gregory C. Simon, the former executive director of the White House Cancer Moonshot Task Force. The company never found a deal within its allowed time, so it returned investors' money and shut down.
