Jupiter Wellness Acquisition Corp
A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" firm, formed in 2021 in Jupiter, Florida, to find a healthcare business to merge with. It was led by Brian John, who also founded the CBD wellness company Jupiter Wellness, named for its Florida hometown. In 2023 it merged with Chijet Motor Company, a Chinese automaker building electric vehicles, and the combined company began trading on the Nasdaq.
