Kbr, Inc.
An engineering and technology services company that designs and builds big infrastructure, supports the U.S. military and NASA, and licenses chemical and energy technologies used around the world. Its name comes from two firms merged in 1998: M.W. Kellogg, a pipe business started in 1901, and Brown & Root, a Texas road builder founded in 1919 that famously began with mortgaged wagons and mules. That humble start led it to build the world's first offshore oil platform and infrastructure for NASA's Johnson Space Center.
Estimated from filings — the split-adjusted price range over the quarters each manager built the position. A range, not a fill price; 13F reports a quarter-end snapshot, not a trade date.
