Khosla Ventures Acquisition Co III
A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" firm, that raised money from public investors with the goal of merging with or acquiring a private technology company and taking it public. It was the third such SPAC sponsored by Vinod Khosla, founder of the prominent Silicon Valley venture firm Khosla Ventures, following his earlier acquisition vehicles. SPACs get their name from the blank check investors hand to sponsors before a target company is chosen.
