Logistics Innovation Technologies Corp.
A blank check company—also known as a SPAC—headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, it was created in 2021 specifically to find and merge with a business in the logistics and supply-chain technology sector. It never ran a logistics operation itself; instead it raised money to buy or combine with another company. It was led by Alan Gershenhorn, a former top executive at UPS who spent decades there, and the firm wound down and liquidated in 2023 without completing a merger.
