Mpg Office Trust Inc
A real estate investment trust that owned and ran Class A office towers in downtown Los Angeles, including the Gas Company Tower, renting space to the city's businesses and law firms. It began as Maguire Properties, founded by Robert F. Maguire III, but in 2010 renamed itself MPG Office Trust to drop its founder's name after he left the company. In 2013 it was bought by Brookfield and folded into a larger portfolio.
