Msg Networks Inc
A regional sports broadcaster that runs the MSG Network and MSG Sportsnet, televising hundreds of live games a year for New York-area teams including the Knicks and Rangers across the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania markets. Launched in 1969 by Charles Dolan, it was the first regional sports network in the United States, and it took its name from the Madison Square Garden arena in Midtown Manhattan. Its debut broadcast was a Rangers game carried on Manhattan Cable Television.
