Mission Advancement Corp
A blank-check company, or SPAC, created to raise money on the stock market and later buy an existing private business. Founded in 2020 by former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick and investor Jahm Najafi, it aimed to find a consumer-sector target with a social-impact bent. The venture wound down without completing a deal, shutting its doors in late 2022.
