Mount Rainier Acquisition Corp
A "blank check" company, or special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), that raised money from investors through an IPO to hunt for a private business to take public. Formed in New York in 2021 by sponsors behind DC Rainier SPV LLC, it carried the name of Washington state's famous volcano. In early 2023 it completed its merger with HUB Cyber Security, an Israeli developer of confidential-computing security software, and the combined company took the HUB name.
