Argus Capital Corp
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) founded in 2021 by former CBS and ViacomCBS executives to raise money and merge into a business in tech-driven media, entertainment, and sports. Its name recalls Argus, the hundred-eyed all-seeing giant of Greek myth who never fully slept. It never found a deal, and in December 2022 shareholders voted to liquidate it.
