Founded in 2021 and based in New York, it completed that mission in early 2024 by combining with BitFuFu, a digital-asset mining service, and the merged company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker FUFU. Its name, Arisz, echoes a Dutch surname meaning "son of Aris" — a fitting handle for a company built on picking a partner.
