Robinhood Ventures Fund I
A publicly traded, closed-end investment fund that lets everyday investors buy shares in private companies — what Robinhood calls "Frontier Companies" — that were once reserved for venture capital firms and the wealthy. Launched by Robinhood Markets in 2025 and listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker RVI, it holds stakes in names like OpenAI, Databricks, and Revolut. Its twist: unlike traditional venture funds, it has no accreditation requirement, so anyone can own a slice of a startup.
