Arisz Acquisition Corp
A "blank check" company, or SPAC, that raised money from public investors with the sole job of finding an operating business to merge with. Founded in 2021 and based in New York, it completed that mission in early 2024 by combining with BitFuFu, a digital-asset mining service, and the merged company began trading on Nasdaq under the ticker FUFU. Its name, Arisz, echoes a Dutch surname meaning "son of Aris" — a fitting handle for a company built on picking a partner.
