A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or "blank check" company, that raised money from investors to find a private business to take public. Sponsored by executives from two investment firms — Roth Capital Partners and Craig-Hallum Capital Group, whose names combine into "Roth CH" — it was the fourth in their series of such vehicles. In May 2023 it merged with Tigo Energy, a Silicon Valley maker of smart hardware and software that helps solar panels run safely and efficiently, ending its life as a standalone SPAC.
