Tishman Speyer Innovation Corp. II
A special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) — a "blank check" firm created to raise money and merge with a business — sponsored by an affiliate of Tishman Speyer Properties, the global real estate firm founded in 1978 by Robert Tishman and his son-in-law Jerry Speyer (the name comes from the two founders). It aimed to acquire a "PropTech" company applying digital technology to real estate, but never completed a deal and was liquidated.
