A global freight forwarding and supply chain logistics company, UTi Worldwide moved goods by air and sea for businesses around the world, with headquarters in Long Beach, California. It began in 1926 in Germany as a freight forwarder called Union-Transport, and rebranded as UTi Worldwide in 2000. In 2016 the Danish transport giant DSV acquired the company, folding its network into one of the world's largest logistics operations.
