Ace Convergence Acquisition Corp.
A special-purpose acquisition company (a "blank-check" firm) formed to take the chip designer Ace Convergence public through a merger. Ace Convergence makes embedded Ethernet controller chips — the little networking brains inside cars, industrial gear, and consumer devices that let them talk over wired networks. The name nods to the idea of bringing together, or "converging," acquisition money with an operating technology business.
