Alsp Orchid Acquisition Corporation I
A "blank check" company, or SPAC, created by the venture capital firm Accelerator Life Science Partners to hunt for a life-science business to buy and merge with, focusing on North America and Singapore. It went public on the Nasdaq in late 2021 under the ticker ALORU, but never found a deal and liquidated in 2023, returning money to its shareholders. The "ALSP" in its name comes from its sponsor, while "Orchid" was a branding flourish common among SPACs.
Class A ordinary shares of SPAC — Delisted November 14, 2023; redeemed all public shares without completing business combination
