Critical Metals Corp.
A mining exploration and development company headquartered in New York that digs for the rare earth elements and lithium behind electric vehicles, defense systems, and clean energy. Its flagship Tanbreez project in southern Greenland is one of the largest untapped rare earth deposits on Earth, and it also holds the Wolfsberg lithium project in Austria. The name comes from "critical minerals" — materials deemed essential to national security. It went public in 2024 through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company.
