IX Acquisition Corp.

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or "blank check company," IX Acquisition Corp. has no business of its own—it raised money to find and merge with a private firm and take it public, hunting for targets in technology, media, and telecommunications. Founded in 2021 and based in London, it is led by datacenter industry veteran Guy Willner, who co-founded IXcellerate and IXEurope. In 2024 it struck a deal to combine with satellite-technology company AERKOMM Inc., a merger still working its way through regulatory approvals.
