Lamf Global Ventures Corp I
A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC—a "blank check" firm that raises money from investors and then hunts for a private business to merge with and take public. Spun out of Los Angeles Media Fund (hence the LAMF name), it went public in 2021 and eventually combined with Nuvo Group, a health-tech company behind INVU, an FDA-cleared wearable system that lets doctors remotely monitor a pregnancy's fetal heart rate and contractions. The merged company began trading on Nasdaq as NUVO.
Class A Common Stock — Merged with Nuvo Group on May 1, 2024; ticker changed to NUVOQ
