Metals Acquisition Corp. II
A "blank check" company, or SPAC, that raises money through an initial public offering to later buy an existing business. It has no operations of its own yet, but aims to acquire metals and mining companies in stable, high-quality regions. It's the sequel to an earlier SPAC run by the same team, which bought the CSA Copper Mine from Glencore and became MAC Copper — the "II" in its name marks that second go-round.
