Plum Acquisition Corp. III
A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), also called a blank-check firm, that raised money in an initial public offering to hunt for a private business to take public. Founded and led by Kanishka Roy, a former head of tech M&A at Morgan Stanley, it listed in July 2021 and later struck a deal to merge with Tactical Resources Corp., a developer of rare earth elements — a combination completed in 2026, after which the merged firm began trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker TREO.
Redeemable warrants exercisable for Class A ordinary shares at 1.50 per share, expiring March 31, 2028 — Pending merger with Tactical Resources Corp expected to close H2 2025
