Rice Acquisition Corp 3
A blank-check company — a special stock that raises money from investors and later merges with or buys an existing business — focused on the energy world, from oil and gas to power infrastructure and critical minerals. It is the third such vehicle from the Rice family team, whose brothers Toby and Daniel previously built Rice Energy, a natural-gas producer sold to EQT, and the name follows the earlier Rice Acquisition Corps. An earlier sibling bought methane-capture firm Archaea Energy, later acquired by oil giant bp.
