A special purpose acquisition company, or "blank check" firm, created to raise money in the stock market and buy a private tech business to take it public—it focused on areas like enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and fintech. It was launched in 2021 by Rocket Internet, the Berlin venture builder founded in 2007 by the Samwer brothers, who became known for quickly copying successful U.S. startup models for other markets. The company never found a merger target, so it returned investors' money and dissolved before its 2023 deadline.
