Semper Paratus Acquisition Corp

A blank-check company, or SPAC, that raised money from investors to hunt for a business to buy, with its sights set on transportation and supply chain firms. Its name is Latin for "Always Ready" — the same motto as the US Coast Guard. In early 2024 it merged with Tevogen Bio, a biotech developing "off-the-shelf" T cell therapies, and the combined company now trades on Nasdaq as Tevogen Bio Holdings.
