Its own brands include Upper Crust, Caffè Ritazza, and Millie's Cookies, alongside franchise partnerships with well-known names. The company began in 1961 as SAS Catering, a division of the Scandinavian airline, and was later merged with British Rail's catering arm to become Select Service Partner. Fun fact: Upper Crust, its baguette chain, was born in 1986 at London's Waterloo Station, and its name is a pun on the English idiom for high society.
