Vector Acquisition Corp II

A special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC — a "blank check" firm created to find a private technology company to take public through a merger. It was the second SPAC launched by San Francisco private equity firm Vector Capital, founded in 1997 by Alex Slusky, and it went public in 2021. The company never completed a merger and returned its investors' money when it wound down in 2024 — a fate shared by many SPACs of that era.
